Ting W. Lu | President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lu is a specialist in building financial and operational infrastructures for early stage companies. She has 30 years of experience across a number of industries with large multinational companies and small startups. Ms. Lu has served as CFO at medical device companies Afmedica (acquired by Angiotech) and Abaxis (nasdaq: ABAX), and for IT companies Teneros, Westbridge (merged with Actional then acquired by Progress) and EnterpriseLink (acquired by Merant). In addition, Ms. Lu has held key management positions at Xerox and Raychem Corporation. She is a certified public accountant (inactive) and a graduate of Haas Business School at the University of California, Berkeley.

Robert E. Fischell, ScD | Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Fischell is a nationally recognized medical technology innovator who holds nearly 200 medical device patents. His inventions, which include the implantable insulin pump, coronary stents and pacemakers, have revolutionized numerous fields of medicine. Dr. Fischell founded a number of other companies to develop his inventions, including Angel Medical Systems, Ostial Solutions, NeuroPace, Afmedica, IsoStent, and PaceSetter.

Carol Schembri | Vice President of Research & Development
Ms. Schembri in an R&D leader with over 25 years of management, engineering and research experience in medical device and diagnostics. Ms. Schembri has held management and technology positions at Applied Biosystems, Agilent Laboratories, Hewlett Packard, Biometric Imaging, Abaxis and LifeScan. She holds more than fifty US patents and has several published papers. Ms. Schembri received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a Masters of Science in engineering management from Stanford University.

Terese M. Baker | Vice President of Marketing
Ms. Baker is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of marketing, business development and operations experience in medical device and diagnostics. Prior to joining Neuralieve, she was responsible for strategic marketing efforts at Calcitek, River Medical and Natus Medical. During her tenure as Vice President of Marketing at Natus Medical, she led the company's commercialization efforts from early stage through the IPO. She began her career with American Hospital Supply where she held diverse leadership positions in strategic marketing / sales, business development, operations and finance. Ms. Baker received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and a Master's of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
